The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff is excellent and amicable. The location is magnificent and incredible, within easy walking distance of Monumental Cemetery. I greatly enjoyed the modern area. The restaurant was very nice with a really nice ambiance. Overall, it was a really unforgettable stay on a business trip.

Everything is perfect here, had a perfectly pleasant stay as holidays in France. Make sure you stay in the superior double room with v good air con, decent furniture, for example.

Fairly clean and fantastic place and the breakfast was excellent and exceptionally nice. The location was fab by taxi to the Duomo and the staff here was absolutely amazing and fabulous. Moreover, it was short walk to metro and business area, and prime locations-shops & restaurants.

The room here is pretty awesome, they keep it quite clean with a pretty view to gaze at. You can enjoy having a mini fridge and an individual safe in the double room. Don't forget about the air conditioner to keep you cool! 😊

Really appreciated the very large unclutured bedrooms.

The rooms are stylish, clean, have excellent air conditioning, and fresh towels are provided.

The hotel is in Milan always my favorit.great for shopping and working. Spacefull rooms . Nice staff that always welcomes you very friendly and helpfull. They also remember your name so good trained.

The Bellman was very courteous and helpful...

1) The air conditioner in our room did not work properly. We told the front desk and they sent a technician. The tech came to the room and he said there was nothing he could do and that is was the best the a/c worked. So the room was always very warm and uncomfortable. 2)There was no ironing board or an iron in our room to press our clothes that was packed in our suitcases. We again notified the front desk and they said that they only had one iron for the entire hotel but that it was broken. They brought the iron and an ironing board to our room and indeed the iron was broken and even though we were able to somewhat take the wrinkles out of our clothes there was a ding at the bottom of the iron and it got snagged with the fabric on our clothes so we could not iron all of our clothes....When we booked the hotel we were told that we would be able to get one half hour of free wi-fi internet access. After trying several times we were not able to get the service. When we booked the hotel we were told that we would get a room with a large single bed, instead we got 2 small very hard, very uncomfortable beds... Overall the experience was very poor....

The central location of this place is fantastic, with an incredible restaurant, supermarket, and stores nearby.

The size of the room and bathroom: is big, the dressing, the breakfast was good.

Thr "30 min of free internet" : in nfact is just in the lobby, and, I stayed 5 nights in the hotel and I get 1 voucher of free internet. If somebody is staiyng 1 night, he get also 1 voucher. I thing is not OK.

I loved the room with excellent air conditioning and the convenience of central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV; the location was perfect for exploring the center.
